摘  要:针对海南某铁矿山不断开采、矿石品质下降的问题,提出采用铁矿石分质分选的新思路,开展了弱磁选富集磁铁矿、反浮选回收赤铁矿的工艺流程试验。结果表明:原矿经过磨矿(-0.074 mm占54.21%)—一段弱磁选(79.58 kA/m)—弱磁精矿再磨(-0.045 mm占63.82%)—二段弱磁选(79.58 kA/m)获得铁品位62.42%、回收率19.28%的弱磁精矿,对一段弱磁尾矿经强磁选获得的强磁精矿与二段弱磁尾矿合并为混磁精矿,混磁精矿再磨至-0.045 mm占85.52%,以淀粉为抑制剂、CaCl2为调整剂、Ts-2为捕收剂,经1粗1精3扫闭路反浮选,获得铁品位60.60%、回收率36.23%的浮选精矿。弱磁精矿和浮选精矿中铁矿物分别主要以磁铁矿和赤铁矿形式存在,主要脉石矿物皆为石英。An iron mine in Hainan province has the problem of declining ore quality after continuous mining,proposed a new idea of grading separation of iron ore,and carried out the process flow tests of low-intensity magnetic separation for magnetite enrichment and reverse flotation for hematite recovery.The results showed that after grinding(-0.074 mm accounting for 54.21%),first stage low intensity magnetic separation(79.58 kA/m),low-intensity magnetic concentrate regrinding(-0.045 mm accounting for 63.82%),and second stage low intensity magnetic separation(79.58 kA/m),the low-intensity magnetic concentrate with iron grade of 62.42%and recovery rate of 19.28%was obtained.The high-intensity magnetic concentrate obtained by high-intensity magnetic separation of the first-stage low-intensity magnetic tailings and the second-stage low-intensity magnetic tailings were merged into a mixed magnetic concentrate.The mixed magnetic concentrate was reground to-0.045 mm,accounting for 85.52%.With starch as inhibitor,CaCl2 as regulator,and Ts-2 as collector,the flotation concentrate with iron grade of 60.60%and recovery rate of 36.23%can be obtained by the closed-circuit flotation process of one roughing,one fine and three scavengings.The iron minerals in the low intensity magnetic concentrate mainly exist in the form of magnetite.Iron minerals in flotation concentrate mainly exist in the form of hematite.The main gangue mineral is quartz.
