摘 要:为利用白云鄂博多金属矿铌资源,采用化学分析、矿物参数自动分析仪、扫描电镜等方法对多金属矿中铌矿物赋存特征进行系统研究。结果表明:矿石Nb_(2)O_(5)含量0.40%。Nb主要赋存在铌铁矿、易解石、褐钇铌矿、铌钙石、烧绿石等7种矿物中;铌矿物普遍以细粒、微细粒包裹体嵌布,69.59%的铌铁矿颗粒小于0.04 mm;多金属矿磨至-74μm占60%时,铌矿物单体解离度仅17.52%,与萤石、赤铁矿、碳酸盐、铁白云石、稀土紧密连生。利用双参数模型及HSC软件,对铌矿物的热力学进行分析,铌铁矿、易解石在氧气气氛下会氧化生成Fe2O_(3)、CeO_(2),且铌铁矿与CaO、CaCO_(3)等发生反应的趋势大,可能转化为烧绿石等;在氢气气氛下,在683~1387 K范围,铌铁矿会还原成Fe、Nb_(2)O_(5),而Nb_(2)O_(5)无法被H2还原。The Occurrence Characteristics of niobium minerals from Bayan Obo polymetallic ore was systematically studied by multiple methods such as chemical analysis,the mineral liberation analyzer system,and scanning electron microscope,which studied for utilization of niobium resources.The results show that the content of niobium(Nb_(2)O_(5))in polymetallic ore is 0.40%.The content of niobium is 50%in niobite,which distribution rate with particle size between 0~40μm is 69.59%,the other in aeschynite,fergusonite,Niobium-bearing ilmenite,ilmenorutile,fersmite and pyrochlore.Niobi-um minerals are often embedded in others minerals with fine-grained and micro fine-grained inclusions,and which are closely associated with fluorite,hematite,carbonate,iron dolomite,rare earth et al.when the grinding fineness(-74μm)accounted for 60%,the monomer dissociation degree of aeschynite is only 17.52%.The thermodynamics of niobium minerals was analyzed by using the two-parameter model and HSC software.The results show that niobite and aeschynite oxidize to Fe2O_(3)and CeO_(2)under oxygen atmosphere,and niobite will transformed into pyrochlore when it reacts with CaO and CaCO_(3).In the hydrogen,in the range of 683~1387 K,niobite will be reduced to Fe,Nb_(2)O_(5),and Nb_(2)O_(5) is difficult to be reduced by H2.
