摘  要:针对电解锰渣(EMR)与钢渣(SS)资源化利用以及EMR含重金属,对环境造成严重污染的问题。以EMR和SS为原料,氢氧化钠为激发剂,制备电解锰渣/钢渣基矿山充填材料。研究了EMR与SS不同配比对浆液流动度、凝结时间、抗压强度的影响;利用XRD、SEM、EDS手段探讨充填材料的微观特性;毒性浸出试验考察重金属的固化效果。结果表明:EMR添加量的增加降低了浆液流动度和凝结时间,并且有利于形成更多的胶凝产物来填充孔隙,降低孔隙率,提高抗压强度。在EMR与SS质量比为5∶2时,56 d抗压强度最大,为16.3 MPa。水化产物主要为钙钒石、C—(A)—S—H和N—A—S—H复合凝胶。毒性浸出试验表明所制备的充填材料不会产生重金属和氨氮污染,锰离子以H_(2)Mn_(8)O_(16)·2.4H_(2)O形式得到稳定。The resource utilization of electrolytic manganese residue(EMR)and steel slag(SS),as well as the presence of heavy metals in EMR,pose a serious threat to the environment.This article uses EMR and SS as raw materials and sodium hydroxide as an activator to prepare electrolytic manganese residue/steel slag based mine filling materials.The effects of different ratios of EMR and SS on the fluidity,setting time,and compressive strength of the slurry were studied;Exploring the microscopic characteristics of filling materials using XRD,SEM,and EDS methods;Toxic leaching test examines the solidification of heavy metals.The results show that the increase of EMR reduces the fluidity and setting time of the slurry;And it is conducive to forming more cementitious products to fill pores,reduce porosity,and improve compressive strength.When mass ratio of EMR to SS is 5∶2,the maximum compressive strength at 56 days is 16.3 MPa.The hydration products are mainly ettringite,C—(A)—S—H and N—A—S—H composite gel.Toxic leaching indicates that the prepared filling material does not produce heavy metal and ammonia nitrogen pollution,and manganese ions are stabilized with H_(2)Mn_(8)O_(16)·2.4H_(2)O.
