摘 要:以往许多学者深入探讨了基于PLC的交通灯控制系统,重点关注系统的稳定性、灵活性和可维护性,并提出了多种设计方法,但少有研究专门针对三菱PLC的顺序功能图(SFC)编程法在交通灯控制系统中的应用。因此,本文将着重研究如何利用三菱PLC顺序功能图编程法设计一种高效、稳定、可维护的交通灯控制系统。采用理论分析和实证研究相结合的方法,利用三菱PLC顺序功能图编程法设计新的交通灯控制系统。与传统的交通灯控制系统相比,新系统在稳定性、灵活性和可维护性方面均具有显著优势,在实验和实地测试中表现出色,能够有效提高交通流畅度,减少交通拥堵,并保障道路安全。In the past,many scholars have delved into PLC-based traffic light control systems,focusing on their stability,flexibility,and maintainability,and proposed various design methods,but there is little research specifically focused on the application of sequential function diagram(SFC)programming method in traffic light control systems for Mitsubishi PLC.Therefore,this paper will focus on studying how to design an efficient,stable,and maintainable traffic light control system using Mitsubishi PLC sequential function diagram programming method.Using a combination of theoretical analysis and empirical research,a new traffic light control system is designed using Mitsubishi PLC sequential function diagram programming method.Compared with traditional traffic light control systems,the new system has significant advantages in stability,flexibility,and maintainability.It has performed well in experiments and field tests,effectively improving traffic smoothness,reducing traffic congestion,and ensuring road safety.
