摘 要:大量分布式电源的接入会对配电网故障恢复造成影响,为提高故障恢复率,本文提出了一种考虑负荷类型和时间尺度的故障恢复策略。首先,构建风-光-储和负荷需求模型,采用广度优先搜索算法进行孤岛划分,同时考虑用户侧管理资源,确保重要负荷的恢复;其次,考虑联络开关状态集的调整,采用商业求解器CPLEX重构配电网剩余部分,以达到最优的供电恢复效果;最后,利用IEEE33节点配电系统进行仿真验证。结果表明,针对分布式电源的不确定和负荷需求变化,储能可以起到很好的平抑作用,且本文策略可以快速有效地实现故障恢复。The access of a large number of distributed power sou rces has an impact on the fault recovery of distribution networks.To improve the fault recovery rate,this paper proposes a fault recovery strategy that considers load types and time scales.Firstly,the wind-solar-storage and load demand models are constructed,and the breadth-first search algorithm is used to divide the islands,and the user-side management resources are considered to ensure the recovery of important loads.Secondly,considering the adjustment of the connection switch state set,the commercial solver CPLEX is used to reconstruct the remaining part of the distribution network to achieve the effect of optimal power recovery.Finally,IEEE33 node power distribution system is used to simulate and verify,and the results show that energy storage can play a good role in stabilizing the uncertainty and load demand change of distributed power supply,and the strategy proposed in this paper can quickly and effectively achieve fault recovery.
