摘　　要：我国铁路客车电气化厨房排油烟机为直排式结构,无油烟净化能力,为此,本文通过采用模块化设计与三级过滤净化技术相结合的结构形式,并结合智能化控制技术的油烟净化装置,对既有铁路客车电气化厨房排油烟装置进行整体改换装,施工方便、安全可靠。改换后的装置既具有油烟净化和自动清洗的功能,又可达到防火、阻燃和清洁卫生的效果。The electrified kitchen range hood of railway passenger cars in China is a direct exhaust structure without the ability to purify oil fumes.Therefore,this paper elaborates on the structural form of combining modular design with threelevel filtration and purification technology,and the use of intelligent control technology for the oil fume purification device.The existing electrified kitchen oil fume exhaust device of railway passenger cars can be completely modified and replaced,making construction convenient,safe and reliable.The replaced device not only has the functions of oil fume purification and automatic cleaning,but also achieves fire prevention,flame retardancy,and cleaning and hygiene effects.
