摘 要:为在智能装配线的工作站上实现方便快捷的高精度抓取,需精确定位物料。基于此,本文设计了一种阻挡定位机构,可精确阻挡和定位托盘,进而精确定位和抓取不同形状和高度的物料。该方法无需通过视觉检测识别抓取不同的物料,可大大节省设计成本和定位时间。同时,利用有限元分析法对关键零件阻挡杆进行理论校核,可为阻挡杆在长期碰撞下使用提供理论支撑。In order to achieve convenient and fast high-precision grasping on workstations of intelligent assembly lines,precise positioning of materials is required.Based on this,this paper designs a blocking and positioning mechanism that can accurately block and position pallets,thereby accurately positioning and grasping materials of different shapes and heights.This method eliminates the need for visual inspection to identify and grasp different materials,greatly saving design costs and positioning time.At the same time,the finite element analysis method is used to theoretically verify the key component of the barrier rod,providing theoretical support for its use in long-term collisions.
