非稳态下装配式陶板地暖系统板层结构温度场研究

摘  要:本地暖系统层结构为研究对象,使用ANSYS软件模拟研究其非稳态温度场,并分析此系统中发热电缆与板面距离、不同饰面材料以及不同板层结构对温度场的影响,从而为装配式陶板地暖系统的优化提供依据,对陶板作为饰面材料时施工的板层结构提供优化方案,有效提高整个地暖系统的利用效率。结果表明,在装配式陶板作为饰面材料时,发热电缆与板面的距离减小,随着时间的变化,通过板面的热流量越大;与其他饰面材料相比较,木质地板要比陶板的传热效果更好;在施工选择板层结构时,水泥砂浆与聚苯乙烯保温板的方案效果要更加好。Taking the structural model of the fabricated ceramic floor heating system as the research object,the ANSYS software was used to simulate the unsteady temperature field,and the heating cable spacing,different facing materials and different lamellar structures were analyzed.The influence provides a basis for the optimization of the assembled ceramic floor heating system,and provides an optimized solution for the construction of the slab as a veneer material,thereby effectively improving the utilization efficiency of the entire floor heating system.The results show that when the fabricated ceramic plate is used as the facing material,the smaller the spacing of the heating cable,the higher the temperature through the plate surface changes with time;compared with other decorative materials,the heat transfer of the wooden floor is better than that of the ceramic plate.The effect is better;when the construction of the slab structure is selected,the effect of the cement mortar and the polystyrene insulation board is better.
