摘　　要：目的基于长期照护保险制度下,调查居家失能老人对养老机构上门服务的满意度现状,以提升居家失能老人的生活质量、减少不良事件的发生及完善我国养老服务体系。方法采用便利抽样法,选取成都市享受长期照护保险待遇的失能老人作为研究对象,使用自制的问卷调查失能老人对养老机构上门服务质量的满意度。结果33.1%的失能老人对养老护理人员仪表及工作态度非常满意,21.6%的对心理需求服务项目质量非常满意,24.2%的对个性化自选服务项目质量非常满意,40.1%的对基础照护服务项目质量非常满意。结论政府与养老机构应加大监管力度,采取相应措施提高服务水平及居家失能老人养老服务质量。Objective Based on the long-term care insurance system,to investigate the satisfaction status of home disabled elderly with home services provided by elderly care institutions,in order to improve the life quality of home disabled elderly,reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and improve China′s elderly care service system.Methods Using convenience sampling method,disabled elderly who receive long-term care insurance benefits in Chengdu were selected as the research subjects.A self-made questionnaire was adopted to investigate the satisfaction of disabled elderly with the quality of home service in elderly care institutions.Results 33.1%of disabled elderly are very satisfied with the appearance and work attitude of elderly care personnel,21.6%are very satisfied with the quality of psychological needs service projects,24.2%are very satisfied with the quality of personalized and self selected service projects,and 40.1%are very satisfied with the quality of basic care service projects.Conclusion The government and elderly care institutions should increase regulatory efforts and take corresponding measures to improve service levels and the quality of elderly care services for home disabled elderly.
