城市退休老年人人际关系网络、社会参与和心理健康的关系研究

摘　　要：目的探讨城市退休老年人社会参与在人际关系网络与心理健康间的作用途径,为促进退休老年人身心健康发展提供依据。方法采用多级随机抽样法,选取唐山市992名城市退休老年人为研究对象进行调查。结果城市退休老年人心理健康、人际关系网络、社会参与均处于中下等水平,心理健康与人际关系网络、社会参与均呈正相关关系;社会参与在人际关系网络与心理健康间起部分中介作用,中介效应占总效应的24%。结论城市退休老年人人际关系网络可直接影响或通过社会参与的中介作用间接影响其心理健康状况,应兼顾两者,提高老年人的心理健康水平。Objective To explore the role of social participation among urban retired elderly in the interpersonal relationship network and mental health,and to provide a basis for promoting the physical and mental health development of retired elderly.Meth-ods A multi-stage random sampling method was used to select 9 retired elderly from Tangshan city(in Hebei province)as research subjects for investigation.Results The mental health,interpersonal relationship network,and social participation of retired elderly in urban are all lower average level,and there is a positive correlation between mental health,interpersonal relationship network,and social participation.Social participation plays a partial mediating role between interpersonal relationship networks and mental health,with the mediating effect accounting for 24%of the total effect.Conclusion The interpersonal relationship network of urban retired elderly can directly or indirectly affect their mental health status through the mediating role of social participation.Both should be taken into account to improve the mental health level of the elderly.
