摘 要:基于“校友邦”管理平台的实习日志,分析护理本科生毕业实习期间的主要体验,为促进院校协同管理提供参考。使用Rost CM 6软件和Nvivo 11软件对12名护生记录的229篇日志进行整理分析,经Colaizzi内容分析法提炼主题。研究表明,毕业实习是护生接触临床、了解职业以及自我成长的重要过程,教师在其中发挥着举足轻重的作用,建议医院重视临床带教教师队伍建设,同时要充分利用“校友邦”管理平台,加强学校指导教师与护生的互动交流,帮助护生更好地经历毕业实习并满足其成长需求。Based on the internship logs of"Xiaoyoubang"management platform,this paper analyzes the main experience of nursing undergraduates during their graduation internship,and provides reference for promoting the collaborative management of colleges and universities.Rost CM 6 software and Nvivo 11 software were used to analyze 229 logs recorded by 12 nursing students,and the theme was extracted by Colaizzi content analysis method.The research shows that graduation internship is an important process for nursing students to contact clinical practice,make certain their profession and self-growth.Teachers play an important role in it.It is suggested that hospitals should pay attention to the development of clinical teaching teachers,and make full use of the"Xiaoyoubang"management platform to strengthen the interaction between school instructors and nursing students,so as to help nursing students better experience graduation internship and meet their growth needs.
