摘  要:本文基于某汽车涂装生产车间的装配式钢结构项目,进行BIM正向设计应用研究,通过分析当前国内装配式钢结构项目的设计不足,研究从设计阶段进行BIM结构模型创建及计算分析,设计阶段结合设备模型进行BIM可视化碰撞检查及调整,设计阶段BIM模型直接进行深化,有效提高了装配式钢结构项目的设计施工图精度、深度和管理效率,避免后期设计施工图大量变更,引起造价偏差,也为同类型项目的设计提供了有效参考。Based on the assembled steel structure project of an automobile painting production workshop,this paper carries out the research on the application of BIM forward design.By analyzing the design deficiencies of the current domestic assembled steel structure project,the research performs the BIM structural modeling and computational analysis at the design stage,combines with the equipment model at the design stage to carry out the BIM visualization collision check and adjustment,and directly deepens the BIM model at the design stage,which can effectively improve the precision,depth and management efficiency of the design and construction drawings of the assembled steel structure project,avoids great changes in the design and construction drawings in the later stage and cost deviation,and also provides an effective reference for the design of the same type of projects.
