摘  要:以上海某屋顶钢塔大修前结构安全性检测评估为工程实例,介绍现场检测的主要内容、方法及检测结果,结合原设计图纸、现场检测结果;采用SAP2000结构设计软件建立主体结构验算模型对其承载力、变形进行验算;通过对钢塔现状的了解及分析,结合承载力及变形验算结果,综合评估钢塔结构的安全性能;为后续大修及改造提供技术依据,并可为其他高耸类结构的安全性评估提供参考。Taking the structural safety inspection and evaluation of a rooftop steel tower in Shanghai before overhaul as an engineering example,this paper introduces the main content,methods and inspection results of site inspection.Combined with the original design drawings and site inspection results,a main body structure checking computation model is established to check the bearing capacity and deformation.The safety performance of the steel tower structure is comprehensively evaluated through the understanding and analysis on the current situation of steel tower structure,as well as the checking computation results of bearing capacity and deformation.The results provided a technical basis for the subsequent overhaul and transformation,and could be referenced for the safety evaluation of other high-rising structures.
