摘 要:植物角质层是植物最外界的保护屏障,其组成和结构对植物抵抗外界环境的胁迫起到积极作用。为研究蜜本南瓜角质层与贮藏特性之间的关系,本文以蜜本南瓜为试验材料,建立了一套适合南瓜角质层的GCMS分析方法。结果表明:蜜本南瓜果实表皮蜡质用氯仿进行提取,再进行GC-MS分析,共检测出25种成分,包括7种酯类、6种脂肪酸、11种烷烃和1种萜类;角质分析采用MeOH-HCl试剂,角质所得单体产率为90%。The cuticle of plants is the outermost protective barrier,and its composition and structure play a positive role in plants′resistance to external environmental stress.To study the relationship between the cuticle and storage characteristics of Miben pumpkin,a GC-MS analysis method suitable for pumpkin cuticle was established using Miben pumpkin as the experimental material.The results showed that the cuticular wax of Miben pumpkin fruit was extracted with chloroform and analyzed by GC-MS.A total of 25 components were detected,including 7 esters,6 fatty acids,11 alkanes and 1 terpene.The analysis of keratin was performed using MeOH-HCl reagent,and the monomer yield obtained from keratin was 90%.
