摘　　要：热轧板带是应用于汽车、建筑、机械等领域的金属材料,其生产过程需要经过多道工序,如加热、粗轧、精轧、卷取等。热轧板带产品质量的好坏关键在于粗轧和精轧机组对于板坯的轧制加工精度的好坏,因此对机组使用的轧辊的精度要求非常高,机床需要具有高精度、高稳定性的数控系统,西门子840D…sl系统正是能够满足这些要求的数控系统,它在热轧板带厂中有广泛的应用和良好的效果。基于此,本文简要介绍西门子840D…sl系统在热轧板带厂中的应用情况,以期进一步提高热轧板带产品质量。Hot rolled strip is a metal material used in automobiles,construction,machinery and other fields,and its production process includes multiple processes,such as heating,rough rolling,finishing rolling,coiling,etc.The key to the quality of hot rolled strip products lies in rolling machining accuracy of slabs by rough rolling and finishing rolling mills,so the accuracy requirements for the rolls used by the mills are very high.The machine tools need to have high-precision,highstability numerical control system,Siemens 840D sl system is the numerical control system that can meet these requirements,it has a wide range of applications and good results in hot rolled strip factory.Based on this condition,this paper briefly introduces the application of Siemens 840D sl system in hot rolled strip factory,so as to further improve the quality of hot rolled strip products.
