摘  要:随着“全国一张网”油气体制改革理念的提出,混输管网将成为未来天然气管网的发展趋势之一。来自不同气源、具有不同组分的天然气将掺杂在同一张管网中输送,使得管网中天然气组分占比难以确定。为满足管网精准调控的需求,准确掌握管网气体组分运移过程,提出了天然气管网稳态组分占比计算模型。模型包含两个约束方程,基于管网整体与全部组分建立矩阵并直接求解,可以得到所有组分在管网中的分布情况。基于提出的稳态管网组分占比计算模型,编制了8节点任意结构稳态天然气管网组分占比计算程序,采用国外某商业软件进行验证,模型平均误差低于0.6%。Due to the idea of a shared national pipeline network for oil and gas system reform,a mixed natural gas transmission pipeline network will become a trend in the future.Natural gas from different gas sources with different components will be mixed in the same pipeline network,making it difficult to determine the ratio of natural gas components in the pipeline network.In order to meet the demand for precise control of the pipeline network and accurately grasp the migration process of gas components in the pipeline network,a model for calculating the steady-state component ratio in the natural gas pipeline network is proposed.The model contains two constraint equations and can be directly solved by establishing matrixes based on the overall pipeline network and all components.Therefore,the distribution of all components in the pipeline network can be obtained.Based on the model for calculating the steady state component ratio in the natural gas pipeline network,a program for calculating the ratio of steady-state components in the natural gas pipeline network with an 8-node arbitrary structure is developed and verified by foreign commercial software.The average error of the model is less than 0.6%.
