摘　　要：完整性管理的核心思想是防患于未然,它是一种全生命周期的管理方式且源于设计,油气田管道和站场应在设计阶段和施工阶段引入完整性管理理念,并按照完整性管理工作的要求,开展管道和站场的设计和施工工作。以建设期为着力点,阐述油气田管道和站场建设期“五专”完整性管理模式的研究及应用,将风险管控关口前移,由“被动应对”向“主动预防”的根本转变,最终实现油气田管道和站场风险受控、安全运行、降本增效的目标。在简要介绍“五专”管理模式的基础上,详细论述了完整性管理设计专章、专项方案、专项质量监督、专项检查、专项验收等内容,最后对油气田管道和站场建设期完整性管理的发展前景进行了展望。The core idea of integrity management is to prevent problems before they happen.It is a whole-life cycle management method,which originates from the design.The integrity management concept should be introduced in the design and construction stages of pipelines and stations of oil and gas fields,and the design and construction work of pipelines and stations should be carried out in accordance with the requirements of integrity management.Taking the construction stage as the focus,this paper expounds on the research and application of integrity management mode featuring“five specialties”in the construction stage of pipelines and stations of oil and gas fields,moves the risk control gateway forward,transforms the mode from“passive response”to“active prevention”,and finally realizes the goal of risk control,safe operation,cost reduction,and efficiency increase of pipelines and stations of oil and gas fields.On the basis of briefly introducing the management mode featuring“five specialties”,this paper discusses in detail the“five specialties”,namely the special design chapter,special scheme,special quality supervision,special inspection,and special acceptance,as well as other contents of integrity management.Finally,the development of integrity management in the construction stage of pipelines and stations of oil and gas fields is prospected.
