摘　　要：设计质量是油气管道工程质量控制的关键,设计单位是工程设计质量的责任人,结合工程现场实际情况,使用合理质量评价方法选择工作质量更高的设计单位是提高管道工程质量、确保管道工程安全的重要环节。首先简要介绍了设计单位质量评价分析方法,而后详细论述了设计单位质量评价模型的建立及其应用,内容包括影响设计单位质量评价的因素、质量评价因素权重分配、评分规则和评价内容、评价结果的应用等,最后结合某建设单位近5年设计审查及验证报告、设计督查及验证报告和其他相关资料,阐述了某设计单位质量评价结果及其应用。Design quality is the key to the quality control of oil and gas pipeline engineering,and the design unit is the person responsible for the engineering design quality.Combined with the actual situation of site engineering,selecting the design unit with higher quality by reasonable quality evaluation methods is an important link to improve pipeline engineering quality and ensure pipeline engineering safety.Firstly,this paper briefly introduces the methods for evaluating and analyzing design unit quality.Then,it discusses the building and application of quality evaluation models of design units in detail,including factors affecting quality evaluation of design units,weight distribution of quality evaluation factors,scoring rules and evaluation content,and evaluation result application.Finally,combined with the design review and verification reports,design supervision and verification reports,and other relevant data of a construction unit in the past five years,the paper describes the quality evaluation results of this design unit and the application.
