摘 要:景福煤矿15号煤顶板为坚硬的石灰岩,底板为松软的泥岩,在开切眼中采用常规的锚网索支护变形控制效果不理想,影响了正常安装。针对这一情况,现场调研了其变形特征,经分析研究认为跨度大、顶底板结构及煤层厚度变化大是巷道变形严重的主要原因。在此基础上,提出了以桁架锚索为主的支护方式,分析了该支护方式的优点,优化了支护参数。矿压观测表明,优化后的支护方案对巷道变形控制较好,顶板减沉效果明显,经济和社会效益显著,可为类似条件下的大断面开切眼支护提供参考。The roof of No.15 coal seam in Jingfu Coal Mine is hard limestone,and the floor is soft mudstone.The deformation control effect of conventional anchor cable support in open-off cut is not ideal,which affects the normal installation.In view of this situation,the deformation characteristics were investigated on site.Through analysis and research,it is considered that the large span,the roof and floor structure and the large change of coal seam thickness are the main reasons for the serious deformation of roadway.On this basis,a support method based on truss anchor cable is proposed,the advantages of this support method are analyzed,and the support parameters are optimized.The observation of mine pressure shows that the optimized support scheme has better control of roadway deformation,obvious effect of roof subsidence reduction,and remarkable economic and social benefits,which can provide reference for the support of large section open-off cut under similar conditions.
