摘  要:颗粒度是决定甘氨酸产品品质的一项重要指标。为了达到在大生产中提高甘氨酸颗粒度的目的,从实际生产的角度系统研究了甘氨酸萃取时的搅拌转速、甲醇流量、降温水水温以及添加造粒试剂等条件对甘氨酸结晶颗粒度的影响。在现有生产工艺的基础上,通过控制变量的方法,逐个确定每项参数的最佳控制条件,最后得到最佳的结晶造粒条件为搅拌转速65 r/min、甲醇流量前期70 mL/min、后期130 mL/min、降温水温度20℃、试剂添加量2 mL/锅,达到了提高甘氨酸产品颗粒度的目的。Granularity is an important index to determine the quality of glycine products.In order to achieve the purpose of improving the granularity of glycine in large-scale production,the effects of stirring speed,methanol flow rate,cooling water temperature and addition of granulation reagents on the granularity of glycine crystals from the perspective of actual production were systematically studied.On the basis of the existing production process,the optimal control conditions of each parameter were determined one by one by controlling the variables.Finally,the optimal crystallization conditions were obtained as follows:stirring speed 65 r/min,methanol flow rate 70 mL/min in the early stage and 130 mL/min in the later stage,cooling water temperature 20°C,and reagent addition amount 2 mL/pot,which achieved the purpose of improving the granularity of glycine products.
