摘  要:煤炭实验中对焦炭反应性和反应后强度存在影响因素很多,如样品制备、反应时间、温度、气体流量等。在实验室检测过程中,针对一部分因素有了强制性规定或者在实验设备参数设定时有明确规定,升温速度、反应时间以及各阶段的气体流量现已经由全自动测定设备进行控制,影响几乎可以忽略不计。在ASTM D5341/D5341M-19中提出对球形焦炭的选择步骤,需要考虑焦球对实验结果存在较大影响,行标YB/T4494-2015中规定焦球需通过23~25 mm筛,即要求球形焦炭直径在23~25 mm。同时要求焦炭制备时水分≤5%。相对于其他条件的精密控制,焦炭制备相对宽松。通过对文献的查阅,并进行实验验证发现焦炭制备对反应性和反应后强度存在较大影响,需要引起重视。Many factors influencing coke reactivity and post-reaction strength in coal experiment,such as sample preparation,reaction time,temperature,gas flow rate and so on.In the course of laboratory testing,there are mandatory provisions for some factors or explicit provisions in the setting of laboratory equipment parameters,the temperature rise rate,reaction time and gas flow rate at each stage are now controlled by automatic measuring equipment with negligible effect.In ASTM D5341/D5341M-19,the selection procedure of spherical coke was proposed,and the influence of coke balls on the experimental results should be considered,the diameter of spherical coke was required to be between 23~25 mm.At the same time,the moisture content of coke is not more than 5%.Compared with other conditions of precision control,coke preparation is relatively relaxed.It is found that coke preparation has a great effect on reactivity and post-reaction strength,which should be paid attention.
