摘 要:为了解四川省各地级市(州)饮用水源地的放射性水平,评价其水源地辐射水平的安全性,于2016—2020年对全省各地级市(州)饮用水源地进行布点、采样,分析水中总α、总β的放射性水平,利用健康风险模型对居民的健康风险进行评估。结果显示:各地级市(州)饮用水源地的总α、总β放射性浓度范围分别为0.008~0.094、0.011~0.190 Bq/L,不同年度、不同水源地、不同水源地类型的总α和总β放射性水平间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);不同水期的总α、总β放射性水平的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),总α和总β放射性对各年龄段居民的总致癌风险均低于WHO和ICRP发布的最严格控制限值。该次调查显示,四川省21个地级市(州)饮用水源地的总α和总β放射性处于安全水平,各年龄组的健康风险都是处于可接受的范围内。Objective to investigate the radioactivity level of drinking water sources in prefecture-level cities(prefectures)of Sichuan Province and evaluate the safety of radiation level in drinking water sources.Methods From 2016 to 2020,the drinking water sources of prefecture-level cities(prefectures)were distributed and sampled,and the totalαand totalβradioactivity levels in the water were analyzed,and the health risk model was used to assess the health risk of residents.Results The concentrations of totalαand totalβin drinking water sources of prefectures were 0.008-0.094 Bq/L and 0.011-0.190 Bq/L,respectively.The levels of totalαand totalβwere compared in different years,different water sources and different types of water sources.There was no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were statistically significant differences in totalαand totalβradioactivity levels in different water periods(P<0.05).The total carcinogenic risk of totalαand totalβradioactivity for residents of all ages was lower than the strictest control limits published by WHO and ICRP.Conclusion The totalαand totalβradioactivity levels of drinking water sources in 21 prefecture-level cities(prefectures)of Sichuan Province are at safe levels,and the health risks to all age groups are within the acceptable range.
