摘  要:工艺设计通常设计过程复杂,且工艺变量之间存在耦合,缺乏科学设计理论分析和解耦。针对此问题,引入公理设计理论至工艺设计领域,首先将工艺设计过程看作是结构域与工艺域的映射,基于独立公理进行工艺设计过程的耦合机理研究;其次,应用层次分析法对工艺变量之间的交互关系进行量化,以确定最能影响设计迭代的关键耦合变量,并结合冲突解决原理提出解耦策略;最后通过特种车辆传动齿轮加工工艺的实例验证了该方法的有效性。Process design is usually a complex design process,and there is often coupling between process variables,lacking scientific design theory analysis and decoupling.To address this issue,the axiomatic design theory was introduced into the field of process design.Firstly,the process design process was viewed as a mapping between the structural domain and the process domain,and the coupling mechanism of the process design process was studied based on independent axioms;secondly,the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP)was applied to quantify the interaction between process variables to determine the key coupling variables that can most affect design iterations,and a decoupling strategy was proposed based on the principle of conflict resolution;finally,the effectiveness of this method was verified through an example of the machining process of special vehicle transmission gears.
