摘  要:电子纱作为当前PCB基板主要原材料之一,PCB基板上的传输损失、信号延时和集成度都与电子纱的质量密不可分,针对当前电子纱成品运输难、集成度较低、合格率和制作效率低,以及成本难以保证等一系列问题,设计基于电子纱成品全自动生产线,其主要包括运输线整体布局、桁架机械手、特殊夹具、支撑架转台和RGV物流机构等关键部件,并通过可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)实现各个关键部件之间的协同和总控,以进一步提高生产线的自动化和集成度。根据实地考察和企业对比,通过全自动生产线在正常工作下无需人为干预,保障了成品的合格率,而且大大减少了人力,从而提高电子纱成品生产效率。Electronic yarn is one of the main raw materials of PCB at present.The transmission loss,signal delay and integration degree on PCB are inseparable from the quality of electronic yarn.Aiming at a series of problems such as difficult transportation of electronic yarn products,low integration degree,low qualification rate and efficiency,and difficult cost assurance,a fully automatic production line based on electronic yarn products is designed,which mainly includes the overall layout of the transportation line,truss manipulators,special fixtures,support frame turntable,RGV logistics organization and other key parts.Through PLC,the coordination and overall control between the key components are realized to further improve the automation and integration of the production line.According to the field investigation and enterprise comparison,the fully automatic production line can guarantee the qualified rate of finished products without human intervention under normal operation,and greatly reduce manpower,thus improving the production efficiency of electronic yarn finished products.
