摘  要:目的:基于“辨状论质”结合熵权法,探讨厚朴药材外观性状与内在品质的相关性,建立“川朴筒朴”药材的质量等级标准。方法:测定42批厚朴药材的外观性状指标(厚度、单位质量)与内在化学成分(和厚朴酚、厚朴酚、β-桉叶醇)含量,采用信息熵赋权法计算内在指标成分含量的综合评分,分析外观性状指标与内在品质的相关性;运用聚类分析、主成分分析及正交偏最小二乘法-判别分析对“川朴筒朴”进行等级划分。结果:厚朴药材的厚度与厚朴酚质量分数、β-桉叶醇质量分数、内在指标成分综合评分呈极显著正相关(P<0.01);单位质量与厚朴酚质量分数、和厚朴酚质量分数、内在指标成分综合评分呈极显著正相关(P<0.01),与β-桉叶醇质量分数呈显著正相关(P<0.05)。“川朴筒朴”一等品的厚度为3 mm及以上,综合评分为0.65分及以上;二等品的厚度为2~3 mm,综合评分为0.50~0.65分;三等品的厚度<2 mm,综合评分为0.25~0.50分。结论:证实了厚朴可量化外观性状指标与内在成分含量的正相关关系,初步阐释了其“辨状论质”的科学内涵,建立的“川朴筒朴”药材质量等级标准科学、准确。Objective:To investigate the correlation between appearance and internal quality of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex based on"evaluating quality from morphological characteristics"combined with entropy weight method,and to establish the quality grade of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex.Methods:The indices of appearance(thickness and weight)and the contents of internal chemical components(honokiol,magnolol,β-eudesmol)in 42 batches of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex were determined.And then the comprehensive score of the internal index component was calculated by entropy weight method and the correlation between appearance and internal quality was analyzed.Hierarchical clustering analysis(HCA),principal component analysis(PCA)and orthogonal partial least squares-discriminant analysis(OPLS-DA)were used to classify the Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex into different grades.Results:The thickness was positively correlated with magnolol,β-eudesmol,and comprehensive score of internal index components(P<0.01).The weight was significantly positively correlated with magnolol,honokiol and comprehensive score of internal index components(P<0.01),and was positively correlated withβ-eudesmol(P<0.05).There were three grades of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex:the first grade with the thickness of 3 mm or above and the comprehensive score of 0.65 or above,the second grade with the thickness of 2 to 3 mm and the comprehensive score of 0.50 to 0.65,and the third grade with the thickness of less than 2 mm and the comprehensive score of 0.25 to 0.50.Conclusion:This paper has confirmed that there exists a positive correlation between the quantifiable appearance traits and the internal components of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex,preliminarily expounding"evaluating quality from morphological characteristics".Moreover,the quality grades of Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex established are scientific and accurate.
