摘　　要：抗生素作为饲料添加剂被广泛应用于家禽生产中,不仅能够提高家禽的生长性能还能有效预防和治疗各种疾病。然而,随着抗生素的长期滥用,耐药性和残留等问题日益严重,直接危及到食品安全和人类健康。因此,抗生素替代品的研究逐渐成为家禽生产的新课题。综述了益生菌、益生元、有机酸、酶制剂、植物性饲料添加剂、抗菌肽等抗生素替代品在家禽生产中的研究进展,以期为无抗养殖技术的开发和应用提供参考。Antibiotics are widely used in poultry production as feed additives,which can not only improve growth performance but also effectively prevent and treat various diseases.However,the continuous use of antibiotics in the poultry industry develops antibiotic resistance and residue in poultry products,which is a great threat to food safety and human health.Therefore,research on alternatives to antibiotics has gradually become a new topic in poultry production.Under the background of limitation of antibiotics and green cultivation,this article reviewed the advances in alternatives to antibiotics in poultry production,such as probiotics,prebiotics,organic acid,enzymes,botanicals,and antimicrobial peptides,in order to provide references for the development and application of antibiotic-free breeding technology.
