摘  要:碳纤维复合材料制作的轨道交通车辆结构件最大优势在于轻量化,整体具有较好的力学性能,且相对于铝合金有更好的抗疲劳性。作为轨道交通车辆外部结构件,车外环境很大程度上会影响产品使用寿命,针对该产品的使用环境,本文研究了一种适合轨道交通用碳纤维复合材料,对该材料的环保、阻燃、紫外辐射、湿热老化、盐雾老化等环境试验进行了研究,结果表明该碳纤维复合材料在复杂环境下仍具有良好的力学性能,满足设计要求。The biggest advantage of the rail transit vehicle structural part made of carbon fiber composite material is that it is light weight,has better mechanical properties,and has better fatigue resistance compared with aluminum alloy.As the external structural member of rail transit vehicles,the external environment of the vehicle will greatly affect the service life of the product.This paper studies a kind of carbon fiber composite suitable for rail transit,the environmental tests of the material,such as environmental protection,flame retardance,ultraviolet radiation,heat and humidity aging,salt fog aging were studied.The results show that the carbon fiber composite still has good mechanical properties under complex environment to meet design requirements.
