摘　　要：热熔预浸设备是用来生产预浸料的专用设备,被广泛应用于航空航天领域。随着航空航天事业的发展,预浸设备的发展也呈现多样化。本文首先阐述了发展热熔预浸设备的重要意义;其次,详细介绍了预浸设备的结构特点及关键技术,包括三辊涂胶装置的涂胶方式、纱架的张力控制系统、展纱装置的多种展纱形式及顶视监测系统;最后,对热熔预浸设备的发展方向进行展望。Hot-melt prepreg equipment is a special equipment used to produce prepreg,which is widely used in aerospace field.With the development of aerospace industry,the development of prepreg equipment is also diversified.Firstly,this paper expounds the significance of developing hot melt prepreg equipment;Secondly,the structural characteristics and key technologies of prepreg equipment are introduced in detail,including the gluing mode of three-roll gluing device,the tension control system of yarn frame,various yarn spreading forms of yarn spreading device and the top-view monitoring system.Finally,the development direction of hot melt prepreg equipment is prospected.
