摘　　要：截至目前我国地质矿产勘查行业的标准体系逐渐形成,各专业门类标准正逐步完善,地矿领域标准国际化工作已取得新的进展。文章立足地矿行业标准化现状,从关键矿产供应链安全、科技创新、绿色发展和矿业市场化运行机制建立等方面,分析了当前地矿行业高质量发展的现状,为适应对外开放水平更高的新形势、新需求,提出以标准化工作推动地矿行业高质量发展的思路。研究认为应加快构建覆盖关键矿产勘查开发全生命周期、践行绿色发展的技术标准体系,加快新技术及数字化、信息化、自动化等方面标准的制订进程,建立健全与矿业市场化运行配套的标准体系,加快国际标准化进程,健全高效的标准化工作机制。Up to now,the standard system of the geology and mineral resources exploration industry in China has gradually formed,and the standards of various professional categories are progressively improving.Also,the standards internationalization work for the geology and mineral resources domain has made new progress.Based on the current situation of geology and mineral industry standardization,this paper analyzes the current condition of high-quality development of the geology and mineral industry from the aspects of critical mineral supply chain security,scientific and technological innovation,green development,and the establishment of the marketization operation mechanism of the mining industry.To adapt to the new situation and new demand for a higher level of opening up to the outside world,the paper put forward the idea of promoting the high-quality development of the geology and mineral industry with standardization.The study makes suggestions,including accelerating the construction of a technical standard system that covers the whole life cycle of critical mineral prospecting and practices green development,hastening the formulation process of new technology and standards in digitalization,informatization,and automation,establishing and improving the standard system supporting the mining market operation,speeding up the international standardization process,and perfecting the efficient standardization working mechanism.
