站城融合效果评价指标体系构建研究

摘　　要：随着我国铁路和城市建设的快速发展,铁路客站和城市关系日益紧密,既相互影响,又互为支撑,站城融合发展正逐步成为当前我国路地协同合作的必然要求。科学的站城融合评价指标体系是有效评价既有客站融合发展程度,切实提升站点综合开发效益以及推进路地双方高效合作的重要环节。运用扎根理论挖掘出影响站城融合的各类因素,并从“站”“人”“城”三个角度构建起站城融合效果评价指标体系。指标体系构建中,本着以人为本的发展思路,着重体现三个维度的融合发展:围绕提升“站”,夯实站城融合发展基础;围绕服务“人”,强调以人为本协调发展;围绕建好“城”,激发高质量发展新动能。With the rapid development of China's railway and urban construction,the relationship between railway stations and cities has become in⁃creasingly close,both interacting with each other and supporting each other.The development of station-city integration is gradually becoming the inevi⁃table requirement for road-land cooperation in China.A scientific evaluation index system of station-city integration is an important link in effectively evaluating the degree of integration and development of existing passenger stations,enhancing the comprehensive development benefits of the stations,and promoting efficient cooperation between the road and land sides.By applying the theory and exploring various factors affecting station-city integra⁃tion,we construct an evaluation index system from three perspectives of"station","people"and"city".Based on the idea of people-centered develop⁃ment,the indicator system focuses on three dimensions of integrated development:around the enhancement of the"station",consolidating the station city integration development foundation;around the service"people",emphasizing people-centered coordinated development;and around building the"city",stimulating the new momentum for high-quality development.
