摘 要:以蒙西至三北羊场铁路限制坡度选择为例,通过分析蒙三铁路在限制坡度选择时碰到的工程可行性和运输组织问题,总结在新建铁路限制坡度选择时应综合考虑铁路等级、相邻路网条件、机车牵引动力及坡系发展趋势、运输组织、地形条件、环保要求、工程分布等控制因素影响,探讨设计时应采取的具体应对措施,可供设计单位和建设单位确定铁路主要技术标准时参考。By analyzing the engineering feasibility and transportation organization problems encountered in the selection of the restricted gradient of Meng-San railway,we conclude that the control factors should be considered comprehensively in the selection of the restricted gradient of new railways,which mainly include:railway grade,adjacent railway network conditions,locomotive traction power and slope system development trend,transportation organization,landform conditions,environmental protection requirements,engineering distribution and other control factors.Meanwhile,we propose spe⁃cific countermeasures to be taken at the time of design,which can be used as a reference for the design institutes and construction units in determining the main technical standards of newly built railways.
