“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念下辽宁省阜新市沙漠旅游发展路径研究

摘　　要：发展沙漠旅游既是开发利用沙漠资源的常见形态,也是目前公认的一种有效举措。旅游业不是独立的产业,而是同其他产业具有千丝万缕的联系。在利用沙漠资源发展旅游业的同时,如何实现沙漠旅游与生态保护并重,拓展沙漠旅游产业链,更好地融入地域文化,将散落的“珍珠”有机串联起来,是目前沙漠旅游研究的重点方向。尝试在“绿水青山就是金山银山”理念的指引下全面分析阜新市沙漠旅游发展现状,全方位研究阜新市沙漠旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇、挑战,提出阜新市沙漠旅游发展的路径选择。Developing desert tourism is not only a common form of exploiting desert resources,but also is recognized as an effective measure at present.But tourism,which has never been an independent industry,is in⁃extricably linked to other industries.The full use of the desert resources to develop the tourism industry;the re⁃alization of the equal importance of desert tourism and ecological protection;the expansion of the desert tour⁃ism industry chain;the better integration into the regional culture;and organically connection with the scattered“Pearls”is the key direction of desert tourism research.This article attempts to analyze the current situation of desert governance in Fuxin,and comprehensively study the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and chal⁃lenges of the desert tourism in Fuxin,and finally propose the optional paths for desert tourism development in Fuxin under the guidance of the“Two Mountains”theory.
