新发展阶段河北省制造业高质量发展着力点探析

摘　　要：河北省制造业大省的地位依然突出,但在高端装备制造尤其是计算机、通信和其他电子设备、电气机械和器材制造领域依然不强,阻滞了河北省制造业由大转强的进程。河北省制造业在新发展阶段面临产业结构升级受阻、创新驱动力不强、能源利用效率较低、数字经济赋能不足的困境,要实现河北省制造业高质量发展,必须始终坚持以新发展理念为指导,着力提高本省装备制造业发展规模与绩效,提升创新驱动力,促进制造业绿色转型,夯实数字经济市场基础,提高河北省制造业产业链现代化水平。The status of Hebei province as a manufacturing province is still outstanding,but it is still not strong in the high-end equipment manufacturing,especially in the fields of computers,communication and other electronic equipment,electrical machinery and equipment manufacturing,which blocks the process of Hebei province's manufacturing industry from large to strong.In the new development stage,the manufacturing industry in Hebei province is facing the dilemma of blocked industrial structure upgrading,weak innovation driving force,low energy utilization efficiency and insufficient empowerment of digital economy.In order to achieve high-quality development of manufacturing industry in Hebei province,we must always adhere to the new development concept as the guide,make efforts to improve the development scale and performance of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province,enhance innovation driving force,promote green transformation of manufacturing industry,consolidate the market foundation of digital economy and improve the modernization level of manufacturing industry chain in Hebei province.
