摘 要:为提高任务部队器材保障效率和装备可用度,针对演习任务中后方仓库-中心仓库-野战仓库多级器材保障体系,因传统多级配置模式使得大量维修器材等待延误造成装备停机、任务中断的现实问题,将横向供应这一策略引入炮兵群装备维修器材多级库存配置模型中,确立了不同等级、各层级器材需求率计算方法,建立了以装备可用度为优化目标、以库存费用为约束条件的多级维修器材配置优化模型。以某演习任务下炮兵群装备运用为研究对象,通过算例分析,对比有/无器材横向供应时的炮兵群多级库存配置优化方案,结果表明所构建的配置模型能有效提高装备可用度并显著降低库存保障费用,有效提升了军事和经济效益。In order to improve maintenance support efficiency and equipment availability,the lateral supply strategy is adopted for a multi-level inventory configuration model for maintenance materials of artillery groups to solve the problem of material waiting delays that result in equipment downtime and mission interruption.This problem is common in traditional multi-level configuration modes such as the rear-center-field depot materials support system in military exercises.Then,the calculation method of different levels of maintenance materials demand rate is established and a multi-level maintenance ma-terials configuration optimization model is constructed with equipment availability as the optimization objective and cost as the constraint.Finally,with equipment employment of artillery group exercises as the research object,multi-level maintenance materials configuration plans with/without lateral supply are compared.The results show that the constructed model can improve equipment availability and re-duce inventory cost,which creates military and economic benefits.
