摘 要:建立了基于CE/SE方法的模块装药一维两相流内弹道数学模型,并利用该模型对某大口径火炮的发射内弹道过程进行了模拟,获得了膛压、气相速度、空隙率等内弹道参数的时间演化过程和轴向空间分布规律。通过将膛压曲线和内弹道相关参数的模拟结果与试验结果的对比,验证了模块装药一维两相流内弹道数学模型的正确性。利用该模型研究和分析了可燃容器能量以及装药长度等参数对内弹道环境的影响。结果表明,可燃容器能量越大或者装药长度越小,膛内压力波动现象越明显,膛底和坡膛处压力与时间曲线均会产生压力双峰现象,且最大负压差以及膛底、坡膛压力曲线的初峰值随着可燃容器能量的增大或者装药长度的减小而逐渐升高。研究结果对指导大口径火炮装药设计、内弹道环境优化设计具有重要意义。A two-phase flow and one-dimensional numerical model of interior ballistic for modular pro-pellant charge was established bsed on CE/SE method.By using this numerical model,the interior ballistic process of a large caliber cannon with modular propellant charge was simulated,and the time evolution process and spatial distribution of interior ballistic parameters such as pressure,gas velocity and voidage were obtained.By comparing the simulation results of pressure curve and interior ballistic parameters with the corresponding experimental results,the correctness of the numerical model of inte-rior ballistic for modular propellant charge was verified.By using this numerical model,the influence of energy of combustible cartridge cases energy and the charge length on interior ballistic environment was studied.The results showed that either the larger energy of combustible cartridge cases or the smaller charge length,the pressure fluctuation is more obvious and the double peaks of pressure-time curve are produced at the chamber bottom and chamber throat.Moreover,the maximum positive and negative pressure difference and the first peak value of the pressure curve will be increased with an in-crease in energy of combustible cartridge cases or a decrease of the charge length.This study can pro-vide a guideline for charge design of large caliber cannon and optimal design of interior ballistic envi-ronment.
