摘  要:浆料挤出质量对3D陶泥打印机制品的效果起着决定作用。以某螺杆挤出式3D陶泥打印机料筒为研究对象,在保障其基础结构不变的情况下,研究调整推进螺杆的关键技术参数,优化螺杆结构设计,提升浆料挤出性能。通过POLYFLOW流体软件对浆料挤出过程进行仿真,并利用Design-Expert软件构建4因素3水平共29组模拟试验。研究结果表明:螺杆各参数对挤出性能的影响程度从大到小依次为:螺槽导程、螺杆深度、螺棱宽度、螺杆大径。据此得到挤出螺杆的最优结构参数,设计最大挤出速率下的挤出螺杆结构。The quality of slurry extrusion plays a decisive role in the effectiveness of 3D ceramic printer products.This article takes the material barrel of a certain screw extrusion 3D clay printer as the research object,and while ensuring its basic structure remains unchanged,studies and adjusts the key technical parameters of the corresponding propulsion screw,optimizes the screw structure design and improves the slurry extrusion performance.Simulate the slurry extrusion process using POLYFLOW fluid software,and construct a total of 29 sets of simulation experiments with four factors and three levels using Design Expert software.The research results indicate that the groove lead of the screw has the highest impact on extrusion performance,followed by screw depth,screw edge width,and screw major diameter;based on this,the optimal structural parameters of the extrusion screw are obtained,and the extrusion screw structure is designed at the maximum extrusion rate.
