摘  要:在某煤矿矸石运输系统改造项目中,针对其控制节点较多、总布线距离较长的特点,使用了基于ProfiNet I/O设备的PLC电控系统。通过基于ProfiNet现场总线的设计,大幅降低了多节点电控系统对控制电缆的需求和编程复杂度,节约了人力、物力成本。In a coal mine gangue transportation system renovation project,in response to the characteristic that there are many control nodes and the total wiring distance is long,a PLC electrical control system based on ProfiNet I/O equipment was used.Through the design based on ProfiNet fieldbus,the demand for control cables and programming complexity of multi node electronic control systems have been significantly reduced,which saves manpower and material costs.
