摘　　要：随着煤巷掘进进一步的机械化应用,对设备在巷道中的作业提出了越来越高的要求。巷道中的掘进工作面常有平行于掘进方向的夹矸层,其硬度远高于周边煤层,极大地降低了掘进机构的截齿寿命与掘进效率。为了让机械化应用的效率得以体现、成本得以控制,在掘进过程中配合设备提前处理夹矸层能够有效地规避夹矸层带来的负面影响。在超高压水射流设备的基础上对喷嘴的设计、排布做出改变,预先对夹矸层进行钻孔掏槽,能够有效地完成对夹矸层的破碎切割。With the further mechanized application of coal roadway driving,higher and higher requirements are put forward for the operation of equipment in the roadway.The tunnel working face in the roadway often has a gangue layer parallel to the driving direction,its hardness is much higher than the surrounding coal seam,and greatly shortens the pick life and tunneling efficiency of the tunneling mechanism.In order to realize the efficiency of mechanized application and control the cost,the gangue layer can be effectively avoided negative impact when the gangue layer is handled in advance with equipment during the tunneling process.The design and arrangement of nozzles were changed on the basis of ultra-high pressure water jet equipment,and the gangue layer was drilled and cut in advance,which can effectively complete the crushing and cutting of the gangue layer.
