摘 要:针对目前大倾角薄煤层采煤工作面在采煤过程中刮板输送机的机头上窜下滑引起的煤块在卸载口撒落,以及机头处三角煤无法清理的问题,对刮板输送机传统的卸载方式进行分析研究,提出了一种新的适用于大倾角薄煤层工作面的机头铰接式卸载方式,为煤矿井下刮板输送机的卸载方式的合理选型提供了理论依据。Aiming at the problems of coal blocks falling at the unloading port caused by the upward movement and sliding of the scraper conveyor head during the mining process in the current large inclined thin coal seam mining face,and the triangular coal being unable to be cleaned at the head,the traditional unloading method of the scraper conveyor was analyzed and studied,and a new articulated unloading method suitable for the large inclined thin coal seam working face was proposed,which provides a theoretical basis for the reasonable selection of unloading methods for scraper conveyor in coal mine.
