摘  要:由于光纤布拉格光栅(FBG)具有良好的可靠性、稳定性、抗干扰性和本质安全,非常适合煤矿瓦斯环境应用,故研发了基于煤矿金属锚杆的FBG应力传感监测系统,重点对该系统的核心设备光栅应力传感解调装置进行了设计研究。通过FBG测量应变原理研究和可调谐F-P滤波器法解调技术研究、对解调装置硬件电路的设计和软件程序的设计,研发了FBG锚杆应力专用解调装置,最后通过实际的FBG应力传感器实验测试,验证了该解调装置的准确性和实用性。Since fiber Bragg grating(FBG)has good reliability,stability,anti-interference and intrinsic safety,which is very suitable for the application of coal mine gas environment,a FBG stress sensing monitoring system based on metal bolt in coal mine was developed.It focuses on the design and research of the core equipment of the system,grating stress sensing demodulation device.Through the study of strain measurement principle of FBG and the study of demodulation technology of tunable F-P filter,through the design of hardware circuit and software program of demodulation device,the special FBG bolt stress demodulation device was developed.Finally,the accuracy and practicability of the demodulation device were verified by the actual experimental test of FBG stress sensor.
