摘 要:针对煤矿井下水平定向钻进工艺对于高压大流量泥浆泵的需求,提出了一种三缸双作用泥浆泵设计方案,建立了三缸双作用泥浆泵瞬时流量特性数学模型,通过实例计算及试验进行了理论流量与实际流量对比分析,搭建了泥浆泵流量测试试验平台,进行了室内试验及井下试验。结果表明,三缸单作用和双作用泵总体流量特性曲线具有相同的周期波动特性,三缸双作用泵的流量曲线形状的脉动程度受连杆比和等效系数的影响,为大流量、低冲次泥浆泵的设计及使用提供了实践指导。Aiming at the requirement of high pressure and large flow mud pump for horizontal directional drilling process in coal mine,a design scheme of three-cylinder double-acting mud pump was proposed,a mathematical model of instantaneous flow characteristics of three-cylinder double-acting mud pump was established,the theoretical flow and actual flow were compared and analyzed by case calculation and test,and the flow test platform of mud pump was built.Laboratory test and underground test were carried out.The results show that the overall flow curves of the three-cylinder single-action pump and the double-action pump have the same periodic fluctuation characteristics,and the pulsation degree of the flow curve shape of the three-cylinder double-action pump is affected by the ratio of connecting rod and the coefficient,which provides practical guidance for the design and use of large flow and low stroke mud pump.
