摘 要:链轮体是煤矿用刮板输送设备上起传动作用的关键零部件,线切割加工是对其齿形加工的有效手段之一,具有加工精度高、成本低等特点。链轮体齿形线切割加工用时较长。结合生产实际,分别从“人-机-料-发-环”几方面做了分析,在工作中做了一系列的改进,并进行了试验,根据追踪改进试验前后记录的数据对比,阐明了影响链轮齿线切割加工效率的部分因素及提升方法。Sprocket body is a coal mine scraper conveying equipment on the transmission role of the key parts,wire cutting processing is one of the effective means of its tooth shape processing and with high precision,low cost characteristics.The sprocket body tooth shape wire cutting processing time is longed.Combined with the actual production,respectively from the"man-machine-material-distribution-erwironment"several aspects of the analysis,made a series of improvements in the work,and carried out the test.According to the tracking improvement test before and after the recorded data comparison,clarified the influence of sprocket tooth wire cutting processing efficiency of port factors and promotion methods.
