摘　　要：针对薄煤层液压支架抬底千斤顶设计难题,以ZY9000/088/16D型薄煤层液压支架为例,阐述了抬底千斤顶工作原理,介绍了薄煤层单腔进液特殊型抬底千斤顶具体设计方案。根据抬底千斤顶在使用过程中经常出现活塞杆和缸口密封损坏问题,分析了抬底千斤顶具体损坏原因。在此基础上,结合该型抬底千斤顶具体结构特点,提出了相对合理改进方案,完善了抬底千斤顶活塞杆和缸口限位措施。实践表明,改进后的抬底千斤顶基本满足了液压支架抬底需要,可为类似问题的解决提供参考。In view of the design problem of the base lifting cylinder of the thin coal seam hydraulic support,taking ZY9000/088/16D thin coal seam hydraulic support as an example,expound the working principle of the base lifting cylinder,introduced the design scheme of the special base lifting cylinder in thin coal seam in detail.According to the problem that the piston rod and cylinder port seal are often damaged during the use of base lifting cylinder,analyzed the specific damage causes of base lifting cylinder.Based on this,combined with the specific structural characteristics of base lifting cylinder,the specific rectification scheme was proposed,and the limiting measures for the piston rod and cylinder port of the base lifting cylinder were improved.The practice shows that the improved base lifting cylinderbasically meets the needs of the hydraulic support base lifting,which can provide reference for solving similar problems.
