摘　　要：针对各型号电铲行走机构支重轮的结构特点,分析了因无专用工装在其装配检修工艺过程中存在的问题,提出了一种专用检修托架,详细阐述了其工作原理和现场应用效果和特点,解决了支重轮装配过程中的安全隐患,提高了支重轮的装配精度和效率,为同类别大型构件的装配和工装设计提供了参考。In view of the structural characteristics of the supporting wheel of the walking mechanism of each type of electric shovel,analyzed the problems existing in its assembly and maintenance process due to lack of special tooling,put forward a special maintenance bracket,and expounded its working principle,field application effect and characteristics in detail.It solves the hidden danger in the supporting wheel assembly process,and improves the assembly accuracy and efficiency of the supporting wheel,which provides reference for assembly and tooling design of large components of the same category.
