摘 要:针对矿用截割减速器漏油问题,应用故障树分析(FTA)方法,建立了截割减速器漏油故障树。故障树包括6个中间事件、19个底事件。利用下行法求得截割减速器漏油故障树19个最小割集。根据事件之间逻辑或门关系,建立了顶事件、底事件发生概率函数表达式。根据底事件发生概率,计算了截割减速器漏油故障发生概率为16%。找出了截割减速器漏油的8个主要诱因并提出了改进建议,对于提升截割减速器可靠性具有参考价值。In response to the oil leakage problem of mining cutting reducers,the fault tree analysis(FTA)method was applied to establish the fault tree analysis of cutting reducer oil leakage.The fault tree analysis included 6 intermediate events and 19 bottom events.19 minimum cut sets of the fault tree analysis of cutting reducer oil leakage were obtained by using the downward method.Based on the logical or gate relationship between events,the probability function expressions for top and bottom events had been established.According to the probability of bottom event occurrence,the probability of oil leakage failure in the cutting reducer was calculated to be 16%.8 main causes of oil leakage in the cutting reducer were Identified and improvement suggestions were proposed,which had reference value for improving the reliability of cutting reducers.
