摘 要:为了探究电池包的振动疲劳特性,以某品牌电池包为研究对象,通过ANSA建立了有限元仿真模型,并对其进行了模态分析和频率响应分析。再以扫频分析的有限元结果为基础,外加法规振动测试条件进行nCode随机振动和定频振动联合工况疲劳仿真分析,依据Miner线性损伤累积准则对疲劳分析结果进行评估。结果表明,所研究电池包各部分结构均满足振动疲劳要求。In order to explore the vibration fatigue characteristics of battery packs,based on battery pack of a brand,by using ANSA,a finite element simulation model was established,and the modal analysis and frequency response analysis on it were carried out.Based on the finite element results of sweep frequency analysis,the combined fatigue simulation analysis of nCode random vibration and constant frequency vibration was performed by adding the regulatory vibration test conditions.Fatigue analysis results were evaluated according to Miner's linear damage accumulation criterion.The results show that the structure of each part of the battery pack in this paper meets the requirements of vibration fatigue.
