摘  要:目的建立有机溶剂清洗剂中正己烷、苯、三氯乙烯测定的气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法(GC-MS/MS)。方法样品用二硫化碳稀释,DB-5ms色谱柱分离,用GC-MS/MS在多反应监测模式(MRM)下测定。结果正己烷、苯、三氯乙烯在0~10 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,检出限分别为0.072、0.36、0.063μg/L,批内、批间相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.7%~5.7%和4.7%~9.2%,加标回收率为84.0%~109.0%。结论该方法适用于有机溶剂清洗剂中正己烷、苯、三氯乙烯的测定。Objective To develop a gas chromatography-triple-quadrupole mass spectrometry(GC-MS/MS)assay for determina-tion of n-hexane,benzene and trichlorethylene in organic cleaning solvents.Methods The samples were diluted with carbon disulfide and separated with DB-5ms GC columns.GC-MS/MS was performed with the multiple reactions monitoring(MSM)mode.Results The n-hexane,benzene and trichlorethylene presented good linear relationships at mass concentrations of 0 to 10 mg/L,with 0.072,0.36 and 0.063μg/L limits of detection,intra-batch relative standard deviations of 2.7%to 5.7%,inter-batch relative standard deviations of 4.7%to 9.2%and spiked recovery rates of 84.0%to 109.0%.Conclusions sThe developed GC-MS/MS assay is feasible for determi-nation of n-hexane,benzene and trichlorethylene in organic cleaning solvents.
