摘 要:由于研究流域出现上游水库发电尾水位低于下游水库正常蓄水位情况,导致上下库存在水位重叠及调度矛盾。以湖北省南河流域梯级水库为例,采用动态规划逐次渐近法对南河流域梯级水库进行优化调度研究,分析存在水位重叠的三里坪水库及寺坪水库运行方式,使流域水能资源利用最大化,为上下库水位重叠的梯级水库调度提供参考。There is a situation where the tail water level of the upstream reservoir is lower than the normal storage level of the downstream reservoir,resulting in overlapping water levels and scheduling conflicts between cascade reservoirs.Taking the cascade reservoir in the Nanhe River Basin of Hubei province as an example,this paper analyzes the operation mode of Sanliping Reservoir and Siping reservoir with overlapping water levels to maximize the utilization of hydropower resources in the basin by adopting the successive asymptotic method of dynamic programming.In order to provide reference for the similar situation of cascade reservoir dispatching.
