摘 要:依据伯斯阿木水库断面径流特性、水库库容特性、下游综合用水要求及施工计划等资料,提出了初期蓄水原则与要求,模拟了不同来水频率下水库的蓄水过程,分析了下闸蓄水对下游生态和灌区的影响。结果表明:按照本次拟定的初期蓄水原则与方案,不同频率蓄至死水位的时间为20~37 d,蓄至正常蓄水位的时间为285~621 d,可满足下闸蓄水要求,不会对下游生态、农业灌溉用水产生影响。此方案可操作性强,可为水库下闸蓄水提供技术支撑。Based on data such as runoff characteristics,reservoir capacity characteristics,downstream comprehensive water requirements and construction plans of Bosiamu Reservoir,this paper puts forward the principles and requirements of initial impoundment,simulates the impoundment process of reservoir under different inflow frequencies,and analyzes the impact of impoundment on downstream ecology and irrigation.The results show that according to the principles and plans of initial impoundment,The storage time to the dead water level of different frequencies is 20~37 d,and the storage time to the normal water level is 285~621 d,which can meet the water storage requirements of the lower lock,and will not affect the downstream ecology and agricultural irrigation water requirements.The principle and scheme are operable and can provide technical support for the smooth water storage of the project.
