摘 要:浆液水灰比、水泥掺合比、搅拌下沉及提升速度、喷浆压力、搅拌速度等是三轴搅拌桩施工的重要参数。取得适合工程地质条件的最佳施工参数,是三轴搅拌桩施工得以顺利进行,并确保工程质量和效益前提。以罗格围堤(南线7+560~8+260)固堤项目工程为实例,通过5种参数工艺方案试桩,得出了三轴搅拌桩优化施工参数,为其在类似防洪堤防渗加固中的应用提供参考借鉴。Slout water-cement ratio,cement mixing ratio,mixing sinking and lifting speed,grouting pressure and mixing speed are important parameters in the construction of three-axis mixing pile.To obtain the best construction parameters suitable for the engineering geological conditions is the premise of the smooth construction of the three-axis mixing pile and ensure the quality and benefit of the project.In this paper,taking the embankment consolidation project of Rogge embankment(southern line 7+560~8+260)as an example,the optimal construction parameters of three-axis mixing pile are obtained through the test pile of five parameters,which provides reference for the application of three-axis mixing pile in the anti-seepage and reinforcement project of similar flood control dike.
